Recommended Hotel in Hue – Midtown Hotel
Once in Hue, you will see several travel agencies selling bus tickets to cities all throughout Vietnam. After shopping around at a few we realized they are all the same price. We settled with booking with the agency closest to our hotel. We booked the day before, made sure we had an A/C bus with reclining seats. There were 2 departures, we went with the 8 a.m. the schedule and office location is:

The bus picked us up at the travel agency we booked at, which was right around the corner from our hotel. This was great as we didn’t have to bargain with a taxi driver to bring us to the bus station.
The bus ride went quickly and dropped us off at the bus station in Hoi An. Once in Hoi An, we had to grab to our hotel, as most tourists hotels aren’t near the bus station.

Cuc Bang An Hotel was the hotel we stayed in, it was centrally located, clean, free Wi-Fi, A/C, cable TV with few English channels, fridge, we would stay again. 2 stars and $13 for a night for 2 guests when we stayed in 2014
Tigon Premium Hotel has dorm beds as cheap as $4 but if you are a couple a superior double/twin is only $12. Rooms come with A/C, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and some rates include breakfast buffet.
Midtown Hotel looking for a few more amenities the Midtown Hotel has a rooftop pool, sauna, hot tub, steamroom, free Wi-Fi, ATM onsite, Cable TV, fitness center, A/C, great views, fridge in rooms, and much more.

When in Hoi An you must eat at Cafe 43 best meals we had in Vietnam, recommend the chicken chili lemongrass, fresh spring rolls, papaya salad, fried wontons, and 15 cent beers.
