1. Fawn Creek Winery
Fawn Creek operates all year round and was formerly known as Tourdot Winery, and is a must-visit winery located in Wisconsin Dells. This winery offers a charming escape to the scenic surroundings of the forests of Dell Prarie to enjoy a glass of wine.
The winery has three buildings, three decks, and six tasting bars and has been in operation since 2011. Fawn Creek serves semi-dry reds and semi-sweet whites, as well as fruit-flavored grape wines such as Granny’s Gold, a Granny Smith-apple-flavored Riesling, and Razz Prairie, a raspberry-flavored Pinot Noir. Since not every guest enjoys wine, they have a small selection of beer and seltzers.
Visitors can enjoy that on the weekends. The winery transforms into the best music venue in Southwest Wisconsin! Guests can not only enjoy wine sampling but are welcome to play a nine-hole disc course, stroll the vineyard, or play lawn games.
Fawn Creek knows that guests may get hungry, so they are welcome to bring their own food or enjoy the small menu of baguettes, crackers, cream cheese spread trays, soft pretzels, or a 12″ Wisconsin-made Portesi pizza.

2. Prairie Hawk Winery
Prairie Hawk is open seasonally from May to October on Thursday through Sundays and is the perfect place to enjoy wine tastings. All of the wines at Prairie Hawk are handcrafted in small batches and are taste-tested from grape to glass to ensure quality.
Not only do they handcraft wine, but they also specialize in a variety of other alcohols, including mead, country wines, ciders, and wine cocktails.
Wines are available by the glass or bottle to enjoy on the patio at the winery farm or to take home to enjoy!

3. Baraboo Bluff Winery
Baraboo Bluff Winery is a family-owned, award winning pet friendly Winery located in the northwest range of the Baraboo Bluffs. The winery makes guests feel at home while enjoying scenic views and picnics, and long strolls through the vineyard, as great wine pairs best with quality time with friends and family.
Guests have the opportunity to sample seven of its current wine releases, and they also serve flights of four. The Baraboo Bluff serves red, white, and rose wines and a variety of dry and sweet wines.
From the vineyard to the wine bottle, the Quandt family creates world-class wines at both Baraboo Bluff and their sister winery, Broken Bottle, which are located in the heart of Baraboo, Wisconsin.

4. Broken Bottle Winery
Broken Bottle Winery is a sister winery to Baraboo Bluff. Established in 2019, it has been producing every bottle of wine at its brand-new production facility since 2021. This winery is pet-friendly and offers a variety of different seating options for tasting: two 28-foot tasting bars, two porch areas with a rustic vibe, and spacious indoor seating options. They usually have around 12 wines available to sample and taste!
Broken Bottle Winery and the Quandt family believe in not just in drinking fancy high-quality wine but enjoying the overall winery experience as their slogan is “You don’t have to be fancy to drink wine.”
Outside on the outdoor stage or inside during the cool months, you will find live music on Saturdays and Sundays, and you can also order pizzas and charcuterie boards to enjoy with friends. Don’t worry if you are not a wine drinker but still want to join your friends, as they carry a small selection of beer as well.

5. Balanced Rock Winery
Balanced Rock is a boutique winery located near Devils Lake State Park. Its tasting room and wine-making facility are open year-round. This 6000-square-foot facility has a typical red and white barn, but it has many modern industrial decor elements that help streamline the wine creation process.
Serving wine flights of seven or four from the bar, you can choose to select dry or semi-sweet wines or a combination of both. Their menu has appetizers such as street corn dip, chips and salsa, onion dip, hummus platter, and pork nachos. In addition to appetizers, Balanced Rock also has flatbread, street tacos, charcuterie boards, and desserts on its menu. They also have a driving range on site for guests to enjoy.

6. Wollersheim Winery & Distillery
Wollersheim Winery is located on the scenic hillside across from the Wisconsin River. They offer four different options to explore the winery, including a seated wine-tasting package that allows you to taste three wines and enjoy a cheese platter while watching a film about the winery.
A winery-guided tour that includes three wine samples, a walking tour to view the wine cellar and fermentation process, self-guided wine tasting in the Wine Garden, or wine flight tasting in the tasting room.
Wollersheim Winery has also started hand-crafting distilled spirits. Guests will enjoy indoor seating and tasting bars to enjoy a variety of wine samples and enjoy the natural scenic surroundings.

Von Klaus Winery is operated year-round in Baraboo’s historic downtown square, where they offer a tasting room for wine samples, wine purchases, or a 4-course wine and food pairing. The four-course wine and food pairing includes Wisconsin cheeses, bread with dipping oil, shrimp cocktail, and dark chocolate truffles paired with high-quality Von Klaus wines.
Known for their fruit wines, Von Klaus has created over 20 different hand-crafted wines using a combination of modern technology and old traditions with all-natural ingredients. Von Klaus offers signature fruit wines by creating blends with fruits like blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, pomegranates, mangos, peaches, cherries, and even kiwis.
