1. Alabama Jack’s
The first tiki bar in the Florida Keys is Alamaba Jack’s, and it is our personal favorite tiki bar in Key Largo. If you are driving from Miami to Key West, this is a super easy stop.
Alabama Jack’s has been a Key Largo staple for over 50 years. It’s a tiki-style bar that attracts both locals and tourists. Walk into Alabama Jack’s, and you’ll be bombarded with license plates. This waterside spot is plastered with license plates, stickers, and more interesting decor.
The atmosphere here is always flourishing, and there’s a live band on the weekend. The Card Sound Machine band has been playing at this bar for nearly 30 years! They are nearly as well established as the place itself.
The bar is right in the mangrove swamps on the water. Fantastic drinks, good food, and music create a lively tiki bar feel. You can’t go to a tiki bar without ordering a drink – their specialties include the Golden Margarita, the Rum Punch, and the Parrot Breeze.
Many places in the Florida Keys claim to have the best conch fritters, but we can attest to the fact that Alabama Jack’s does serve up sensational conch fritters. Aside from conch, they’ve got all the classic pub-style grub. There are numerous seafood dishes and handhelds too.
2. Skippers Dockside
Another great tiki bar in Key Largo is Skippers Dockside, and they have really good happy hour specials. This is one of the best tiki bars in the Florida Keys to enjoy a cocktail or beer while watching the boats.
This Key Largo waterfront restaurant and tiki bar serves up excellent food and drinks in a chilled atmosphere. As well as a tiki building, there are also squishy chairs to relax on and a lovely indoor space.

3. Snapper’s Oceanfront
The last of our best tiki bars in Key Largo is Snapper’s Oceanfront. You just can’t get much more Florida Keys than this Key Largo joint!
Whether you are relaxing on the deck or listening to live music, this place represents an essential Florida experience. Snapper’s themselves describe their bar as more of a resort – a one-stop shop offering everything you need for a good time. There’s food, drink, fun, and awesome views.
Order the Seared Yellowfin Tuna or oysters from the raw bar, or why not try their Gator Bites or signature Seafood Combo? Add one of their signature cocktails, and you will leave feeling happy.

4. Cruisin Tikis Key Largo
Who said tiki bars had to be next to the water? With Cruisin Tikis, you can rent your own tiki bar that you can take out onto the water.
Float into Key Largo paradise with a group of friends, enjoying the bar’s libations. This is one of the truly unique tiki bars in Key Largo.
You can pick from three great tiki cruise options: the Swim Stop, Sightseeing, or Sunset cruise. Sunset is, of course, a really popular tiki cruise – with spectacular orange skies, what more could you need? If you want to head out during the day, try the Swim Stop. You can keep hopping off this tiki boat in between cocktails.
This tiki cruise is really what you make of it. Hop aboard with your closest friends and family and good music, and you will surely have a blast.
5. Breezer’s Tiki Bar
Breezer’s is another of the best tiki bars in Key Largo. This bar is set up high, so it offers amazing views of Blackwater Sound.
This is a lovely daytime tiki bar, but it’s even better in the evening. Music starts on Friday and lasts well into the night.
You cannot miss out on ordering some delicious seafood, too. The Jumbo Lump Crab Cake and Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna are sublime.
You simply cannot miss the opportunity to order one of their frozen drinks – they might be the best frozen cocktails in the Keys, but we’ll let you decide.
6. Gilbert’s Tiki Bar
Also known as Gilbert’s Resort, this Key Largo tiki bar has fantastic waterfront views. Of all the beach bars in Key Largo, this one’s a little off the beaten track.
Believe it or not, Gilbert’s has existed for nearly 120 years. It’s a well-established local joint and one you’ve got to check out. Gilbert’s was once a popular fishing camp but now caters to your entertainment needs.
The main tiki bar area serves refreshing and punchy cocktails as well as tremendous food. In fact, Gilberts is the largest tiki bar in the Florida Keys. With this comes a great responsibility to offer the best entertainment – they absolutely deliver on this count.
